Ordering Policy
- All Orders:
- All orders for furniture require a hard copy, signed purchase order from the customer. Orders can be either faxed or mailed. Processing of an order (including credit approval, entry, or manufacture) will not start until the order is in-house. This includes parts and/or replacement orders.
- Be sure to specify series model #, mounting, color/trim, and any accessories used (i.e. tote trays, leizer board, etc.).
- Change Orders affecting price, quantity, ship date, ship-to address, or cancellation must be in writing from the customer. Change/cancellation requests may be faxed or mailed.
- Replacement Orders:
- Replacement parts orders where Fleetwood has short-shipped (e.g., not sent hardware) ship at no-charge, and Fleetwood prepays the freight.
- Replacement orders due to either order error or damage ship at charge. Adjustments or credits will be made later, if necessary.
