Registration Guidelines
- When Fleetwood products are specified by you as the dealer, you will be ‘protected & registered’ on those specific products.
- Registrations are valid for projects that are greater than $25,000 list (based on current list prices).
- Fleetwood products must be specified to receive "Registration" pricing. Registration is your reward for getting Fleetwood specified!
- All registrations need to be followed up every 60 days or the opportunity can be opened to another dealer. Fleetwood reserves the right to deem any registration ‘null & void’.
- To officially register a project, Fleetwood requires a Project Name, Architect/GC, School address (County, State), Name and title of initial contact, approximate quantity of each model, with phone or fax #, anticipated delivery date, if the job will go out to bid (bid date) or not, and any other pertinent comments.
- Once the ‘Bid has been advertised’ or ‘is on the street’, all bidding dealers will receive pricing based on their dealer status which means the Registration opportunity is now closed.
- A copy of the complete bid/quote document must be submitted with your request for special pricing.
- A bid tab must be provided for all orders that receive ‘Registration’ pricing when the valid purchase order is submitted.
