How to get FLEETWOOD Specified
- Request Fleetwood equipment samples for your customer or architect. (there is a charge for samples).
- Request room layouts and designs according to the customer's or architect's
dimensions and plans. Note: No layouts or designs will be provided to any
subsequent dealer or rep who requests them.
- Include your company's name or catalog number (if different from Fleetwood
numbers in specifications).
- Include other Fleetwood equipment in specifications. For example, if you are
writing library specs, include Fleetwood mobile cabinets, booktrucks, A/V
cabinets, adjustable height tables, computer tables, early learning furniture
(Koala-tee), and Study Carrels.
- Include in specifications, other related furniture and equipment lines your
company sells.
- On large projects, arrange a plant visit for your customers. Fleetwood will pay
for overnight accommodations and all meals for up to three persons, including
the company sales rep.
- Fleetwood can do special sizes, configurations, designs, etc. Some manufacturers cannot and will not vary from "standard equipment." Manufacturing "specials" sometimes can lock-in specs for you. Remember, however, specials will extend lead times.
- The Fleetwood National Account Manager is prepared to give sales presentations and/or equipment evaluations for your customers. Call when necessary.
